Event Description:
Annual awards ceremony where SITRAC presents the top Staten Island high school athletes in both indoor and outdoor track & field. The Bill Welsh Legend Award is awarded annual to a male high school student for excellence in track & field. The Pete Whitehouse Legend Award is awarded annually to a female high school student for excellence in track & field. The 2019-2020 recipients of these awards are Chris Adekoya from Susan Wagner High School and third-time winner, Sierra Dinneen from Notre Dame High School.
